Making an appointment
Contacting us is best by telephone on 1300 901 805.
We will provide you with an appointment in the near future and will ask that you fill out a proforma that we will send by email or post. If returned to us quickly, it allows us to smooth your experience, allowing simple matters such as your name, date of birth, insurance details and the like to be recorded well before you come to see us.
If you need to contact us by email on reception@avalonorthopaedic.com.au, please do not assume that we have received this email, until you receive a reply. This is not the best way to contact us in an emergency, when you should telephone us on 6253 3388 or 6247 7222.
After hours contact
Please contact us in office hours if at all possible. If there is an emergency, then please contact either your local hospital or ring your GP.
