As planned, we hosted a seminar at PDS ( Pittwater Day Surgery). It was very well attended by over 75 people responding to our advertisement in the Pittwater Life Magazine.
Dr Miniter gave a presentation which outlined the structure of normal joints, why it is that some people develop arthritis prematurely and finally how we manage the issues. He covered both no operative and operative treatment plans.
There was a robust discussion and lots of questions. Natalie from Bodyworks Physiotherapy also gave a talk on the physio perspective and was also well received.
